For our Reception students, we offer two Reception intakes per school year, at the start of the school year and an additional mid-year intake.

• Reception children will be eligible to commence school at the beginning of the year in Term 1 if they turn 5 years of age on or before 30 April in that year.
• Reception students may also be eligible to commence school in Term 3 if they turn 5 before 31 October of that year. Children who turn 5 years of age after 31 October will commence Reception at the beginning of the following year.

Children commencing in Term 3 will have a minimum of 6 terms in Reception.
